The bend radius tells you how narrow a bend is. Most important is the number of degrees of the bend. The bend should not be angled more than 90 degrees or the sewer hose will not fit.
For clogs that are deep, choose the 15V with forward nozzles. You choose the 15A for regular clogs, and the 15L is handy because it also cleans the pipe 360 degrees, making clogs less likely to return.
Note: it makes little difference in practice whether you choose a forward or backward jet. Every sewer hose is just as powerful and will solve the clog.
